Shape the Future of a South West Studio
LED Architects are seeking a Senior Architect to join our growing team with approximately 10 years’ experience to play a key leadership role. This position offers a rare opportunity for someone with strong design skills and ambition to help drive the strategic direction, culture, and growth of a well-respected and long established South West studio.
The Role
- Studio Leadership: Take a leading role in the Somerset office, helping to steer its development with the backing of an ambitious and friendly team.
- Project Delivery: Work across all RIBA stages, leading a variety of projects and contributing your design insight and technical expertise.
- Client & Business Development: Build on existing relationships while actively seeking new opportunities, helping to strengthen the practice’s regional presence.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and support the team, fostering a collaborative and progressive working environment.
About You
- Experienced ARB Registered Architect with substantial UK project experience across all RIBA stages
- Strong understanding of regional markets and client expectations.
- Proven leadership ability with strong, communication and presentation skills
- Experience across sectors such as education, sports, healthcare, leisure, interiors or heritage is beneficial, though other sector strengths are also welcomed.
