Oli Flexman
Partner & Chartered Architect

Oliver became a Partner at LED Architects in March 2025. He plays a central role in shaping the strategic direction and growth of the practice. With experience spanning all RIBA work stages, he leads projects across healthcare, education, sports and residential sectors from concept through to completion. Oliver adds real value to projects by translating client needs and market requirements into well-considered design solutions that support long-term performance and adaptability.

Oliver combines design leadership with rigorous delivery, overseeing complex programmes, coordinating consultant teams and administering construction contracts to ensure quality, cost and programme certainty.

Earlier in his career, Oliver founded and directed a nationally recognised social enterprise operating across the UK and Europe. He is a former Arts Council England Fellow, has represented The British Council and delivered numerous projects supported by the European Union, leading large-scale public art, regeneration and placemaking initiatives focused on identity, culture and community. His work included commissioning new public galleries, delivering Heritage Lottery projects and transforming historic buildings and public spaces through interdisciplinary collaboration.

Away from Architecture Oliver coaches rugby, plays tennis and surfs as much as possible.

Phil Abraham
Partner & Chartered Architect

Phil qualified as a Chartered Architect in 1999 and in that time has successfully delivered multi-million pound projects for both the public and private sectors with proven expertise at all stages of a project’s delivery. Phil joined the practice as a Partner in 2019 and prides himself on the positive working relationships he builds with Clients and different Design Teams. He combines this with an excellent level of service, care and attention to detail, which he gives to each project, regardless of its size.

“There is immense pride in working together as a team to produce buildings and spaces that give joy and inspire those who live, work and learn in them. The relationship formed with the Client, understanding their requirements and working towards a shared vision is fundamental to a successful outcome – sharing knowledge and experience on this journey with others and enhancing peoples’ lives, is all part of a very rewarding experience.

Phil is a supporter of animal charities and a dedicated dog owner – who loves the south west coast paths. Despite having a keen interest in sport, Phil is a follower of Southampton Football Club!
