Highbridge Caravan Centre is a long-established local business and one of the largest employers in the Highbridge area. We are proud to be assisting this valued Client in realising their vision of continued expansion and development.

Our Client purchased a vacant 5-acre site adjoining their existing business and we were asked to prepare proposals to increase the sales area and ensure its careful integration. The site also needed ecological mitigation, significant drainage proposals and the diversion of a public right of way. A planning application was submitted by LED Architects and successfully approved.

The additional capacity created by the land purchase and resultant development has allowed the original complex to be reorganised and developed. We work closely with the Client, attending meetings on a regular basis, in order to fully understand the organisation of the site, together with the aims, aspirations and long-term goals of the business.

This understanding of how the Client operates has allowed us to agree a phased masterplan which incorporates a series of new buildings and improvements over the coming years, including workshops, showrooms, storage facilities and offices.

The masterplan is presented in a clear and concise format giving the Client an overall view of their whole site operations allowing fundamental decisions to be made. The masterplan continues to be reviewed on a regular basis to ensure the business can adapt to the challenges and fluctuating demands of the market place.
